Welcome

To reserve a date, submit a Booking Request through our website. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll hold the date and send a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Your date is officially booked once the deposit is received.

Your daily rental includes:

• Use of ceremony and reception spaces
• Restrooms
• Parking 
• Ample time for setup and breakdown
• On-site support and coordination
• Generator (for power on-site)
• Access to our curated list of preferred vendors
  

• Tent rentals (available through our preferred vendors)
• Tables and chairs (must be rented separately)
• Event insurance (required from K&K Insurance)

These can be added into your contract:

Tractor & trailer ride ($500 add-on, optional)

Set up & Cleanup ($500 add-on, optional)

• Yes. All couples are required to purchase one-day event insurance through K&K Insurance to protect your special day.

• Yes! While we encourage using our preferred vendors for the best experience, outside vendors are welcome with prior approval and proof of insurance.

• Absolutely. We’d love to show you around! Just fill out our Contact or Booking Request form and we’ll schedule a private tour at your convenience.

• Full deposit refund if canceled within 14 days of booking.
• 50% of the deposit refunded if canceled more than 6 months before the event.
• No refund if canceled within 6 months of the event date.
  
  

• Yes, we provide plenty of on-site parking for guests, vendors, and service vehicles.
  

• We do not currently offer overnight lodging on site, but we’re happy to recommend trusted local stays in the Billings area.

• We love animals, but to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property during events.
