Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To officially reserve your wedding date at Poiema Ranch, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and contract signing. This secures your date exclusively and applies toward your total event cost.

• Amount: 50% of total event cost.
• Due: At contract signing.
• Final balance: Due no later than 60 days before the event date.

• Within 14 days of booking: Full refund of deposit.
• More than 6 months before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 6 months before the event: Deposit is non-refundable.

• One date change is allowed more than 6 months in advance, based on availability.
• Additional or late changes are treated as cancellations.

To ensure clarity and consistency, only the person(s) who signed the contract are authorized to make changes to the booking, event details, or schedule. This includes date changes, cancellations, payment updates, and logistical decisions.

We kindly ask that all planning and communication come directly through the contracted client(s) to avoid any confusion or conflicting requests from family members, planners, or guests.
